The focal point of our home is the large swimming pool and the view of the waterway beyond the screened lanai.  The electric heated pool will provide hours of family fun and has both stairs and a swim-out platform for safety.  There is plenty of room for sunning, dining or just sitting and relaxing on the oversized lanai.  You can enjoy cooking your meals on the outdoor gas grill any time year round.  We have provided a dining table with six chairs for you to enjoy the breeze while you dine.  There are also four loungers for sunning or reading.  Just off the lanai is a direct access bathroom as well as an outdoor shower for when you exit the pool.  The central stereo system allows for music listening while relaxing by the pool.

The dock at the waters edge provides a great place not only to fish, but to sit and read or just enjoy the view.  You will find beach chairs in the garage which are ideal for sitting on the dock to do as you please.  You can also rent a boat or personal watercraft and tie it to our dock if you wish.  There is also a fish table for cleaning your catch of the day. 

If you are lucky dolphins or the occasional manatee may visit in the canal.
