Cottonwood Court is a Mediterranean style, 3 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms plus den, home completed in 2005. This 2,400 square foot air conditioned home is luxuriously furnished for your comfort and is located on the waterway close to all amenities including shopping, restaurants and the crescent white-sand beaches - just 1 mile to Residents Beach on the Gulf Of Mexico and 2.5 miles to Tigertail or South Beach.

The open floor plan features beautiful 15' trayed ceilings and large sliding glass doors that disappear into the wall for that outdoor Florida feeling. The private den is equipped with a computer, wireless internet access, printer, TV and webcam.

The focal point of the home is the large heated pool and the view of the waterway beyond the screened lanai. The house features a living room with a wonderful water view, a formal dining room and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A central stereo system with volume controls in each room allows for music listening throughout the house as well as on the lanai.  There is also a completely outfitted laundry room and two car garage for your convenience.

There is a boat dock for your boat or personal watercraft and quick indirect access to the Gulf. You can catch a glimpse of dolphins or the occasional manatee from our dock.
