The process to rent our vacation home is simple. Follow the simple steps below and you will be on your way to one of the most relaxing vacations you have ever had, here on Marco Island.

| 1. |
Review the Availability Calendar. It is updated regularly. |
|
|
| 2. |
Submit the information on the Rental Request page along with any questions you may have. |
|
|
| 3. |
Within 48 Hours we will send you an e-mail confirmation, request for additional information and/or payment instructions. |
|
|
| 4. |
Send us the requested information, list of all persons in your party, copy of passport or drivers license and the rental deposit. See the “Contact Us” page for details. We will forward a Rental Agreement, summary of total costs and payment instructions. |

| 5. |
Upon receipt of the Rental Agreement please review, sign both copies and return both to us. See the “Contact Us” page for details. |

| 6. |
Upon receipt of the above we will reserve your rental period. Final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to your rental. We will confirm by e-mail that we have received your payment. |

| 7. |
Approximately 2 weeks before your rental we will send a key-box code via email or fax. A key to the front door is located in the key-box located behind the column at the front entrance. You will find 2 full sets of keys on the kitchen counter. |
