Please verify you have taken all belongings.  It is common to forget clothes in the washer or dryer.

      Confirm your flight status with your airline.  If you are being picked-up by a car service you should also confirm your pick-up.

      All beds that were used during your stay should be left unmade. 

      All doors and windows should be locked.

      Please ensure the oven, cook-top and all lights in the house are turned off. 

      All dishes and pots/pans used during your stay should be cleaned and returned to their original places in the cabinets. 

      Please remove and discard all food that you acquired during your stay, from the refrigerator.

      The pool should be free of all toys or floats that were used.

      Please place all garbage from inside the house in the garbage cans in the garage.   

      The air conditioning should be set at 80 degrees when leaving at all times.
